Throughout her career, she has successfully managed regulatory inspections from major global agencies, including the USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and ANVISA, and has led several large-scale quality transformation initiatives in partnership with organizations such as McKinsey. Recognized for her strategic leadership, she has been instrumental in shaping quality culture, process excellence, and team development across global operations.
