Turning a capital project or technology transfer into successful operations requires focused execution of a structured, multi-workstream plan. Your ability to define clear objectives and establish ownership in each department and workstream will either propel your site to success or leave you stranded short of your operational goals.
Our industry has decades of deep experience to know what our post-startup issues will be, yet few sites leverage this industry experience to reach their targeted operational objectives in less than two years, while even fewer can sustain consistent levels of timely targeted product release.
In this session, we will introduce and discuss how using a structured workstream approach to Operational Readiness will reduce costly delays, bottlenecks, and deviations to accelerate your production and release to market.
