Fast-Track Projects for Life Sciences
The pressure to deliver pharmaceutical projects faster has never been greater. Whether driven by capacity expansion, new technologies, sustainability goals, evolving market demands, or accelerated timelines, life sciences organisations are under increasing pressure to bring facilities, processes, and products online faster - without compromising quality, compliance, or patient safety.
At the 2026 ISPE Nordic Project Management Summit, we will explore how leading organisations are accelerating project delivery while maintaining control of risk, cost, quality, and regulatory compliance. Through practical case studies, lessons learned, and expert insights, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how modern project execution strategies are transforming the delivery of capital projects across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
This conference focuses on real-world approaches to fast-track project delivery, including:
Fast-track execution is no longer a competitive advantage—it has become an industry expectation. Organisations are expected to deliver projects faster while navigating increasing complexity, evolving regulations, resource constraints, and growing demands for sustainability and operational excellence. Join project managers, engineers, manufacturing leaders, quality professionals, and capital project teams from across the Nordic life sciences community to:
As part of the conference, participants will have the opportunity to join an exclusive behind-the-scenes visit to the KeyPlants workshop in Emtunga. KeyPlants is a leading provider of engineering technologies and modular solutions for the life sciences industry. During the visit, attendees will gain first-hand insight into how modular off-site construction can significantly reduce project timelines while maintaining the highest pharmaceutical standards.
Participants will have the opportunity to see the construction of modules for a fully equipped modular aseptic manufacturing facility currently being delivered for a major pharmaceutical project—one of the practical examples that will be highlighted during the conference.
Transportation will be provided from the conference venue in Gothenburg.
