Event at Novo Nordisk in Kalundborg
Join the ISPE Nordic Affiliate in Kalundborg for a full-day event bringing together professionals working across pharmaceutical facilities, HVAC, controlled environments, engineering, operations, and sustainability.
Hosted by the ISPE Nordic Affiliate Sustainable Facilities, HVAC and Controlled Environments Communities of Practice, the event will combine technical knowledge sharing, practical industry perspectives, networking, and an opportunity to experience pharmaceutical operations in Kalundborg.
The programme will include a Site Tour at Novo Nordisk (exclusively available to ISPE members), a Lunch & Learn session, and then a technical seminar. The day will end with an informational networking gathering in Kalundborg.
Whether you work with facility design, HVAC, cleanrooms, energy efficiency, operations, engineering, sustainability, or GMP environments, the event is an opportunity to exchange experiences with peers and explore how the industry can create facilities that are both high-performing and more sustainable. The event is arranged with support from Novo Nordisk.

Facility Tour - only 20 spots: A guided facility tour at Novo Nordisk in Kalundborg, providing participants with an opportunity to see pharmaceutical facilities and operations in practice. The facility tour will be available to ISPE members only and may be subject to capacity and site-access requirements.
Lunch & Learn: Informal knowledge-sharing sessions designed to encourage discussion and exchange of practical experience.
Seminar Programme: Presentations and discussions addressing topics related to sustainable pharmaceutical facilities, HVAC systems, controlled environments, engineering, operations, and facility performance.
Networking & Happy Hour: Following the technical programme, participants are invited to continue the conversation during an informal networking session at SKOL in Kalundborg (Skibbrogade 55, 4400 Kalundborg).

Novo Nordisk, Building LA (Room LA.S.217 – Auditorium), Hallas Allé 246, 4400 Kalundborg, Denmark. The Lunch & Learn and technical seminar will take place at Novo Nordisk Building LA in Kalundborg.
Facility Tour - Meeting Point: Participants registered for the Facility Tour should meet at: Novo Nordisk - Building LA, Hallas Allé 246, 4400 Kalundborg, Denmark. Please arrive at 09:30 for registration. The group will then proceed together to the facility tour area for gowning and the technical site visit.
Getting There: Parking is available in the area surrounding Building LA. Kalundborg East Station is approximately 1.4 km from Building LA. Bus 551 towards Spangsbro also serves the area, with a stop at Holbækvej (Stejlhøj), approximately 750 metres from the building.
