The 2027 ISPE Nordic Affiliate Annual Meeting will bring together professionals from across the pharmaceutical and life sciences community for a day of practical learning, knowledge sharing and industry exchange.

This year’s Annual Meeting will be at 2 day conference hosted by Genmab in Copenhagen. Genmab is an international biotechnology company focused on developing innovative antibody medicines with the aim of improving the lives of people with cancer and other serious diseases. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Genmab has grown into a global biotechnology company with operations across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

We are grateful to Genmab for welcoming the ISPE Nordic Affiliate and helping us create a setting where professionals from across our industry can come together to share experience, perspectives and practical lessons.

Under the theme From Insight to Impact: Practical Experience Shaping Better Pharma, we are now inviting professionals from across the pharmaceutical and life sciences community to submit proposals for the 2027 Annual Meeting.

We are looking for presentations that go beyond theory and demonstrate how challenges are being addressed in the real world — including the decisions made, lessons learned and impact achieved along the way.

What are we looking for?

We particularly welcome case studies and experience-based presentations exploring a real challenge, project, initiative or new approach.

Strong proposals will help attendees understand the challenge you faced, the approach you selected, the decisions and trade-offs involved, what happened during implementation, what you learned, and what others can take back and apply in their own work.

Your story does not need to be a perfect success story. Some of the most valuable industry learning comes from projects that challenged assumptions, required a change of direction or revealed something unexpected.

Cross-functional case studies and proposals that connect several disciplines are especially welcome.

Who should submit?

We encourage submissions from professionals at all career stages — from experienced industry leaders and subject matter experts to Emerging Leaders bringing new perspectives to the industry.

Presentations should be educational, practical and knowledge-focused. Commercial, product-focused or sales presentations will not be considered.
