"Engineering + Mentoring" for Women in Pharma
Women in Pharma networking community aims to provide women in the pharmaceutical industry a forum for connecting and collaborating on technical and career advancement topics. The community of Women in Pharma includes mentors, resources across all levels, and education sessions that will be an enabler for career success and work life balance.
Mentoring has become a hot topic these days and during our Women in Pharma focused session we will look at mentoring in engineering.
The Women in Pharma session: “Career Strategies for Early Career Professionals” will take place on Sunday, 29 October at 1300 PM during the 2017 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo. This session will include a presentation, “Engineering + Mentoring,” with a case study about an actual give-and-take mentoring relationship between two very different women: one a GenXer and the other a Millennial, one an established professional and the other a novice engineer. Participants will hear personal accounts of the impact of mentoring on the professional journeys of speakers:
