1. Please provide a brief description of your industry experience.

With almost two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, specializing in GxP, digital quality systems, and regulatory compliance, with a foundation in computer applications and certification in total quality management, I assist organizations in their digital transformation, strengthen operational efficiency, and compliance maturity—translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable strategies.

2. Please provide a brief description of your ISPE volunteer career.

My volunteer journey with ISPE has been both purposeful and transformative, currently serving as a Director on the International Board, Chair of the GAMP® South Asia Steering Committee, and contributing to volunteer groups and Communities of Practice, such as the Drug Shortages Initiative Team and Quality Control/Analytical Community of Practice. I also had the privilege to serve as Chair of the Women in Pharma® International Steering Committee, Chair of the Asia Pacific Council, and President of the Philippines Affiliate. Across all these roles, my focus has been on inclusive communities, elevating technical capabilities, and empowering our industry across the region.

3. Please briefly share the vision you see for ISPE's future, especially as it relates to our current strategic vision, pillars, and core values.

My vision for ISPE’s future is to be a truly global, connected community that accelerates regulatory excellence, digital maturity, and workforce readiness. Guided by our strategic vision and pillars, we will expand equitable access to training, strengthen our role as strategic partner for Affiliates and Chapters, and deepen collaboration across regions. With our core values at the center, ISPE is well-positioned to lead the industry through rapid change while ensuring quality, patient safety, and innovation remain at the center of everything we do.
