The 2026 ISPE International Board of Directors Election provides members with the opportunity to help shape the future of the Society by voting for representatives to fill open seats on the International Board. The Board plays a critical role in establishing ISPE’s vision and mission, setting strategic priorities, and ensuring that operations align with ISPE policies, best practices, and applicable laws.

Participation in this process is appreciated, as the International Board represents the ideas and priorities that matter most to ISPE and its global community, including Affiliates, Chapters, committees, and professional networks.

1. Please briefly share the vision you see for ISPE's future, especially as it relates to our current strategic vision, pillars, and core values.

I’m honored to be considered for service on the ISPE Board of Directors at such an important time for our industry, when innovation, operational excellence, and global collaboration are essential for delivering medicines to patients faster, more reliably, and with the highest standards of quality. When I think about the future of ISPE, I see a strong opportunity to continue to build on our foundation and expand our global impact of technical and regulatory excellence. ISPE is already a trusted leader in pharmaceutical knowledge and collaboration, and I believe we can further benefit the industry and our patients by focusing on a future-ready workforce to help prepare that next generation of industry experts and leaders. I am deeply committed to supporting our Chapters, Affiliates, student community, and further building academic partnerships. Stronger linkages between academia and industry are essential to developing the skills, talent, and leadership capabilities that are needed to meet the evolving needs of our industry. We have an incredible knowledge base across our Chapters and Affiliates, and I believe that we can better connect and leverage our local expertise globally to build those skills, capabilities, and value for our members.

2. Please provide a brief description of your ISPE volunteer career.

My ISPE journey has been incredibly meaningful. Over the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege to serve in global leadership roles in the GAMP®, Pharma 4.0™, and Biotech Communities of Practice and contribute to multiple ISPE guidance documents. In addition, I very much enjoyed my time in the Boston Chapter where I co-led the Student Chapter Committee. The energy of the over 300 students was quite infectious.

3. Please provide a brief description of your industry experience.

From an industry perspective, I bring over 30 years of experience across the pharmaceutical lifecycle, from R&D to commercial manufacturing, with global leadership roles in quality, engineering, strategy, and operational transformation. I’ve led complex global initiatives in both the US and Europe, and have held leadership roles at Merck, Pfizer, Wyeth, and Genetics Institute. ISPE has played such an important role in my professional journey and I’m grateful to give back to an organization that has shaped and supported so many leaders across our industry. I would bring a unique blend of strategy, operations, and academic connections to the Board, and I would be proud to serve, strengthen our global member community, and help shape ISPE’s next chapter.
