Peyton Grigger, Director of Sales at Octave, brings more than 32 years of experience leading sales, consulting and professional services organizations that implement safety, reliability and asset management solutions for Fortune 500 companies. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in engineering, Peyton began his career in manufacturing as a Technical Superintendent before transitioning into strategy and consulting, where he has helped organizations implement Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions that deliver measurable operational improvements.
Before joining Octave in 2024, Peyton served as President of GenesisSolutions, later acquired by ABS group. There, he led the deployment of reliability and maintenance programs and best-in-class EAM solutions across a range of asset-intensive industries. His expertise spans the full asset lifecycle, including capital planning, plant startups, reliability program development, business process transformation, operational excellence and predictive maintenance.
Throughout his career, Peyton has guided organizations through the design, implementation and validation of complex asset management systems, helping align business strategy with operational execution to achieve long-term, sustainable results.
