Rachel Surick is a Talent Partner at DPR Construction, supporting the New Jersey Business Unit. She is a results-driven human capital leader with over 15 years of experience managing programs and initiatives across the full talent lifecycle. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, employee engagement, change management, performance management, workforce planning, and executive communications. Before joining DPR, Rachel served as an HR Business Partner for the Federal Government, supporting a 500+ IT workforce. In that role, she partnered with executives, managers, and employees to design and implement innovative talent strategies that strengthened HR delivery and enhanced the employee experience. Rachel is passionate about early talent development and finds fulfillment in helping careers flourish. She holds a BS in Finance from Penn State University. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys (ages 2.5 and 4.5). She loves exploring new restaurants, listening to podcasts, and spending time outdoors.
