The ISPE International Emerging Leader community invites students and recent graduates (less than 5 years after graduating) to join us at the 2026 ISPE International Emerging Leader Hackathon. This Hackathon will be hosted from Saturday to Sunday, 18-19 April in Copenhagen, Denmark preceding the ISPE 2026 Europe Annual Conference.
The main objective of each annual Hackathon is to explore novel solutions, build knowledge and an innovative culture aligned with trending topics in the pharmaceutical industry. It promotes networking between students, recent graduates, and industry experts.
Participants will be organized into small working groups challenged with solving a problem statement selected by our sponsors. Each team will be given the weekend under guidance of industry leader coaches in various fields to create and present innovative solutions. Based on predefined criteria by the planning committee, a winning team will be selected at the end of the weekend and recognized during the 2026 ISPE Europe Annual Conference.
