  • What is included with the exhibit packages?

    All booth packages include the following:

    • 8’ high backwall drape, 3’ high sidewall drape (grey)
    • One 6’x2” skirted table
    • 7" x 44" cardstock identification sign
    • Two side chairs
    • One waste basket
    • Company listing on the 2022 ISPE Annual Meeting and Expo mobile app
    • Welcome reception, lunch, and networking breaks held in Expo Hall
    • Three complimentary exhibitor badges for access to Expo Hall only
    • Two additional exhibit staff badges available for purchase ($150 each)
    • Option to upgrade exhibit staff to a $500 Full education conference registration
    • Discounted hotel rate
    • 10 free exhibit hall guest passes

    Additional expenses associated with the exhibit, including lights, electrical connections, additional furnishings, hard wire internet connection, etc., will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

  • Are there any sponsorship opportunities still available?

    A list of all the available branding and sponsorship opportunities is available in the Exhibitor Dashboard. Simply click on the ‘Sponsorship Opportunities’ tile for a full list, descriptions and pricing. You will also be available to purchase these online or through our sales team.

  • Is electric/power included with the exhibit packages?

    No. Electric/power to exhibit spaces is not included. Any exhibitor that needs power at their boothshould place an order with encore. Order forms are available in the Exhibitor Kit, which can be found on the Exhibitor Resources web page. .

  • Are the Expo Hall and booth spaces carpeted?

    Yes, the exhibit hall is carpeted. Exhibitors Will need to purchase floor covering for their booth.

  • What are the payment terms for my exhibit package?

    Full payment is due within sixty (60) days of the Application and Contract date, or five (5) business days from the start of the conference, whichever comes first. No Exhibitor will be allowed to participate in the conference & Expo unless payment in full is received no later than five (5) business days prior to the start of the ISPE Event.

    If you need a copy of your invoice, you can login to your Exhibitor Dashboard in MapYourShow and click on the Submit Payments/Download Invoice button.

  • What if I have to cancel our exhibit space?

    You can find the cancellation terms on the back of the exhibit contract or in the Exhibition Terms & Conditions document, which can be accessed on the Exhibitor Resources web page.

  • How do I register my company exhibit personnel and what is the cost?
    • Navigate to Badge Manager Portal
    • From the EVENT drop-down select 2023 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo
    • From the COMPANY drop-down select your company
    • In the ORDER NUMBER field enter your 2023 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo Conference Order Number
    • Click FIND MY EVENT
    • Once the system authenticates your Event, Company and Order Number information, click ASSIGN BADGES     

    Your company info will be listed at the top of the Badge Manager screen, along with appropriate badge allotments based on your exhibit space purchase.

    • To begin registering your exhibit staff, click on the ADD button
      • You will then be able to search our database by full name of the individual that you are wanting to register
    • In the FULL NAME field type in name of individual you are wanting to register and click SEARCH
    • If that individual is already in our database, their information will pop up for you to SELECT
      • Once selected you will be able to review and edit any details about that individual
      • Once your review is complete click ADD
      • In the next screen you will see a box with the information of the individual you are registering
      • From the drop-down select EXHIBITOR STAFF and click SAVE
      • Your exhibitor badge registration for that individual is now complete
    • If you are trying to register an individual that is not in our database, no results will be returned when you type in their full name in the search screen
      • You will then uncheck the Search box and proceed to fill out that individual’s information
      • Once all of the information is filled out click ADD
      • In the next screen you will see a box with the information of the individual you are registering
      • From the drop-down select EXHIBITOR STAFF and click SAVE
      • Your exhibitor badge registration for that individual is now complete
    • To register more exhibitor badges, just click on the ADD button at the top of the screen and follow the same steps
    • Follow these same steps to register your additional exhibitor badges and guest passes
    • If you need to make any badge substitutions, just DELETE one of your current registrations and you will then be able to register a new individual

    PLEASE NOTE: This email was only sent to the individual that was designated as your company primary contact.

    If you need the exhibit order number, send an email request to sales@ispe.org.

    Confirmation emails will automatically be sent at the time of processing to the email address of each registrant.

  • Once exhibit staff is registered, how can changes and/or substitutions be made?

    You can make changes to your badge registrations at any time through the Badge Manager Portal.

    Exhibitor badge registrations and changes must be completed by 6 October 2023. Any changes after this date will need to be done onsite at the registration desk.

  • How can I request the 10 free exhibit hall guest passes?

    Guest passes are valid for entry into the exhibit hall only and do not include entry to the education sessions, lunches or social events. Employees and or affiliated representatives of any exhibiting company are not eligible for a guest pass.

  • As an exhibitor can I attend any of the education sessions?
    • To attend any of the education sessions you will need to register for the Education Package. All badged exhibit staff can add access to the education sessions for the discounted rate of $500. This offer is not available to staff that is not registered with an exhibitor badge.

  • What are the details for shipping to and from the conference?
    Shepard is handling shipments to and from the conference. For details and instructions, refer to the Exhibitor Kit.
  • How do I order A/V for my exhibit space?

    If you need A/V equipment for your exhibit space, you will need to place an order with encore. You can find their order forms in the Exhibitor Kit.

  • Can I order lead retrieval service?
    Yes. ISPE has contracted with SmartSource for lead retrievals. You can find their order forms in the Exhibitor Kit.
  • Will breakfast and lunch be available to exhibitors during the conference?
    Lunch will be served in the Expo Hall on Monday, 16 October and Tuesday, 17 October.
  • Can I distribute promotional materials and collateral at my booth?
    Yes. However, it cannot be distributed or displayed anywhere outside of your booth. You also have the option to add digital copies of collateral within your 2022 ISPE Annual Meeting and Expo exhibitor directory listing, including video links. To access your exhibitor listing log in to your MapYourShow exhibitor portal. If you need your company login information, email your request to sales@ispe.org.
