Heather Longden

PhotoHeather has been involved with chromatography data systems since she began at Waters after leaving university. In particular Heather has been wrestling with validation and compliance questionnaires since Waters first launched a “compliant ready” software (Millennium®32 Version 3.2)

Her current role is as a specialist in Data Integrity and compliance to 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 focusing on laboratory data and specifically chromatographic processes. She is a resource to the Global Informatics Specialists, Professional Services organization and their customers for all Waters informatics solutions. This involves attending and presenting at specialist conferences, keeping up to data on the latest interpretations and amendments to the pharmaceutical regulations and disseminating this information to the Waters field organization as well as engineering as they design new products (FR September 2012 Brussels)
