Jaspreet Gill is the Vice President, Global Quality and Compliance in Corporate Quality for Baxter Healthcare. In this role she is responsible for design & deployment of the Baxter Global Quality system as well as assessment & monitoring of its effectiveness. The following functions report to her: Corporate audits of all Baxter facilities worldwide, which include GMP and GCP audits, Quality Systems including Design Control & Risk Management offices, CAPA, Change Control, Training and Global Supplier Quality. She is also responsible for the Strategic Compliance Planning & Program Management Office that manages global quality projects and monitors global quality metrics. Additionally, she has responsibility for the Quality Regulatory Compliance Intelligence at the corporate level. Prior to joining Baxter in 2008, she was Director of Compliance at Johnson & Johnson where she held a variety of management positions for 10 years both in devices & pharmaceuticals. She has acquired over 20 years of experience in the FDA regulated industry. Her areas of compliance expertise include: OTC and pharmaceutical drugs, IVDs, medical devices & combination products. She is a member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), American Society for Quality (ASQ) and Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) and holds RAC and ASQ certifications.
