Radouane is a Chief Technical Officer at Systonomy Ltd (UK) and sits on the board of multiple technology companies. He has an M.S. in Statistics and Operations Research (ENSAE Paris, France), an MBA in Information Systems and Decision (ESSEC Paris, France) and Ph.D. in Information Systems and Theory (ESSEC-IAE AIX-Marseille, France). Radouane is a Software Six Sigma Master Black Belt, trainer and coach. He is an expert in software quality engineering, empirical software engineering and quantitative management. He is a visiting lecturer in software engineering at Kingston University, Telecom-Paris, University of La Sorbonne Paris and evaluator for the European Commission. He is a regular conference speaker on Software Quality Engineering, Six Sigma and DFSS for IT and Software development. Prior to founding Systonomy in 1999, Radouane worked at GSI where he was trained by Motorola University (1992) and joined GE Medical Systems in 1996 where he implemented Six Sigma and integrated the approach with safety critical system engineering. Radouane is a member of IEEE, ACM, ISPE. He is also consultant on computerised systems compliance and validation within the healthcare and medical devices industry; he participated in the GAMP 4 development and is currently part of the GAMP Metrics group. Radouane is currently working with the academia to create a new curriculum of Software Economist.
