Live Webinar FAQs

What do I need to participate in a Webinar?

A computer with speakers, and Internet connection. All course audio is heard through your computer speakers using VOIP. We do not use telephone Conferencing.

When and how will I receive the login instructions?

All registered participants will receive a confirmation email one week prior to the webinar date with instructions on how to log on to the Webinar.

Who should I contact if I do not receive the login instructions by email?

Send an email to training@ispe.org no later than two hours before the webinar is scheduled to start.

How do I log into a Webinar?

Follow the link you received in your confirmation email.

What are the system requirements for participating in a Live Webinar?

Live webinars are conducted through Microsoft Live Meeting.

What if I have technical problems viewing the Webinar?

If you experience technical problems prior to the start of the webinar or during the presentation, contact Live Meeting Technical Support.

Will I receive CEUs for the Webinar?

Provided to individual webinar participants upon request; one CEU per paid attendee. Email training@ispe.org and provide your name, the webinar name, the date you attended, and the registered participant email address.

What is the Webinar cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellations are received four days prior to the date of the scheduled Webinar, you will receive a full refund, minus a $10.00 handling fee. After that time, no refunds will be granted. If you are unable to attend we will accept a substitution. Substitutions must be made at least 24 hours prior to the starting time of the scheduled Webinar. In addition, non-members substituting for members must pay the difference in fees prior to the start of the event. This policy only applies to webinars that are independent of related courses and conferences. Certain other restrictions apply. Contact ISPE at Ask@ispe.org for details.

Training Course and Recorded Webinar FAQs  

How do I access a training course or a recorded webinar that I have purchased?

You will receive a confirmation email within two business days following your order. Follow the link you received in your confirmation email.

What are the system requirements for viewing a training course or recorded webinar?

What are the technical requirements for viewing a training course or recorded webinar?

You will need the Adobe Flash Player to view the course you have purchased.
Get the Adobe Flash Player.

Some business environments enable firewalls that might interfere with your ability to view an online module. Check with your IT Department to determine if a firewall is in place. If you encounter difficulty, try viewing the course from a different location such as your home.

You may need to temporarily disable your pop-up blockers to view an online module.
