Accommodation

A block of rooms has been reserved at the venue for the ISPE delegates at the preferential rate of €139 for a single room and at €164 for a double room (including breakfast and excluding 10% tax). This offer is limited and we encourage you to register as early as possible. To book your accommodation at the Crowne Plaza Milan Linate, Italy, please send your accommodation reservation request together with your conference registration to ISPE Registration Services (Fax: +32 2 743 1584). Reservations cannot be processed and guaranteed without a credit card number.

Accommodation and any extras are to be settled by each delegate directly with the hotel upon checkout. Changes in bookings or cancellations are only accepted in writing when sent directly to ISPE Registration Services prior to the event and no later than 6 September 2008. After this date, hotel policies will apply (reservations cancelled after this time will be charged the entire value of the reservation). Other hotel options are available at your own arrangements.

Access

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is located near Milan Linate International Airport and 7 km from Milan city centre. There is a free shuttle service to and from Linate airport, while the charge for a taxi is €25 and the ride takes about 15 minutes. The hotel free shuttle can also take you in a few minutes to the nearest subway stop San Donato (line 3 - yellow). The nearest train station is Milano Centrale, 13 km away. By car the hotel is accessible via A1 (exit Milano Sud and then San Donato) and other motor ways (follow direction Bologna and take exit San Donato). The hotel offers a possibility for private parking at a daily rate of €7.
